CIAA Ends the Year by Honoring Shera L. White 05/20/09 2008-09 Coaches and Administrators of the Year Durham, NC… The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association closed its 2008-09 school year by honoring this year's CIAA Coaches and Administrators of the Year at its annual awards program held at the Durham Marriott at the Civic Center, yesterday. This event is held in conjunction with the CIAA's Spring General Assembly Meeting. The winners of the C.W. Williams and Loretta Taylor All Sports Team Trophies were released as well. The All Sports Trophy winners are selected based on a point system that awards credit based on championship finishes and sports sponsored.
