Vicki Collier Named CIAA Player of the Week VUU Sports 12/12/2011 Virginia Union University's Vicki Collier has been named the CIAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending December 10, the CIAA announced on Monday, December 12. Collier, a senior from Richmond, Va., scored 21 points led VUU to a 75-57 win over Winston-Salem State, marking the first Lady Panther win over a WSSU squad since 2006. VUU travels to Lynchburg, Va., to face Liberty University on December 15.
